Scheduling an Email Performance (or other) report

Hiya All,

I'm sure I've done this (and sometimes feel I've forgotten more than I remember).

I want to automate the sending of certain reports in a campaign.  One at 1 day after and email send, and the other 5 days after the email send.

The subscription model isn't this granular, but I feel sure it can be done.

Thoughts?

I don't think you've done this before without FlowBoost. 🙂

Hmmm.. and how would I do it using FB?

I guess I mean MailBoost more than FlowBoost alone. But you could use AWS SES or equivalent directly if you wanted.

The idea is to

  • include a resource lead in the send
  • pass the resource lead to FlowBoost when the campaign runs so it knows the day each send went out
  • send the report to an automated SMTP receiver address every day
  • re-send the report to the final destination only if today is one of the interesting days
