See Saleforce Email Campaign Metrics in Marketo
We send email campaigns in Salesforce and want to pull the email metrics such as open rates in Marketo. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

SFDC Campaign-level metrics like that do not sync to Marketo .
(There wouldn’t even be a place to store them in Marketo! Marketo email metrics are derived from send campaigns, assets, and the whole Marketing Activities tree, they’re not just Program-level data.)
You could build an SFDC Custom Object that mirrors this data and syncs to Marketo people, but again it wouldn’t be related to Marketo Programs. Neither SFDC COs nor Marketo-only COs can link to Programs.
