Seeking example of forms api code for directing to new page upon submission

Could someone like @Sanford Whiteman​ please send me a sample snippet of Forms api code that I can give to my client's Digital Person - who knows HTML but is new to Marketo - to show him how to control what happens upon form submission? This company uses all embedded forms and there's a different form for each content piece because they didn't know any better and I'm stuck in the effort to reduce the number because the forms are controlling where the person goes upon submit.
