Sending a sample email to a group alias

Has anyone found a way to send a sample (test) email to a group alias? We like to send test emails for sensitive comms to an internal group before sending for real. I'd like to send to a marketing@ alias instead of listing out a long list of emails. It doesn't seem that Marketo natively supports doing this. Anyone found a way?

@akismail ,

an alias is just another email address as far as Marketo is concerned.  There is nothing for Marketo to support.

When sending a sample, simply use the group email address.

If you're wanting to send to a seed list - that's slightly different.  You need to make sure the email address you want to send to also exists in the database.

in this example:

The email would be sent to anyone with a birthday before 26 January 2000, but unless myspecialgroupemail@mycompany.com is in your database, an email will not be sent to them.
