Separate unsubscribe system per Workspace?

Is there a way to set up unsubscribe filtering per Workspace? My company currently has a catch-all unsubscribe process for all marketing communications but we are a separate consulting group within the organization whose emails are more informative vs marketing and the recipients "DO" indeed want to receive our emails still.

 

Sorry, new to marketo and would love to create this vital need for our team.

If you don't want unsubscribes from one workspace impacting mailability in another then you’d need to have the preferences managed by custom fields. The obvious downside of this is that the custom preference fields won’t function like the system managed Unsubscribed field. You could have a single preference center page and allow people to selectively opt out of the communication from different tracks (WS). 

 

If you search, there are many posts on Community around creating separate preference center for each WS. Also, do you have separate person partitions  mapped with each WS too?

Is is possible to just create a new unsubscribe link just for our Workspace?

If there is a will, there is a way.

Yes, that is very much possible! You'd want to clear out Marketo's default Email > Unsubscribe HTML/text in the Admin section and manually add the Unsubscribe link (and other HTML around it) in the emails based on the WS.
