Setting Up LaunchPoint Service for Adobe Connect

We are trying to set up the Adobe Connect LaunchPoint service for our Live Webinars and we are having problems setting up the service. The link required for the meetings folder url is not clear as to what it should be and we are getting an Authentication Failure error when trying to make the connection. We have created other services before so we are not sure what is different about this one.
