SFDC sync: Account / Lead mapping should be automatic when fields are named the same

When setting up the SFDC Sync, the connector automatically maps lead and contact fields provided that the fields have the same API name.

It should be the same for lead and account fields.

In case of both a lead/contact AND and lead/account field would be possible, the default should be lead/contact.
