hi!
i'm only starting with lead nurturing and i have a simple nurture campaign to set up. i've browsed marketo community for some guidance, but everything that i found looks too complicated compared to what i need

here what i want to do:

i have a form on our website but a check box "i'm new to your product and wish to receive educational content

if a person ticks this box i want to:
1. immediately send him email1
2. wait 15 days and send him email2
3. wait another 15 days and send him email #3 from the sales per, BUT only if he did not bought this product during his trial period

can someone advice me on this or point out the right content?

thanks

This is pretty easy. Go create a regular program like Email Blast.
  • Smart List: Trigger: Fills Out Form IS X on Page Y
  • Filter: checkbox=TRUE
Flow:
  • Change Status = Converted (or something like that)
  • Send Email 1
  • Wait 15 Days Until M-F
  • Send Email 2
  • Wait 15 Days Until M-F
  • If Purchase=FALSE, then Send Email 3 (now this can also be Member of Smart List=Not Purchased) or more complex if you need it to be.

so, i put it all in 1 flow and separate each step with a wait step, right?

Hi 15 days seems like a long time to wait between nurture emails, is this best practice for accelerating top of the funnel leads with a nurture program?

if you have a 10 step nurture program, what step is best to remove the lead from the program if they havent engaged with any previous nurture content?
