Smart Campaign not showing up in Marketing Activities

One of the smart campaigns in my program is not showing up under the program in Marketing Activities.  When I check the Audit Trail, it says that the smart campaign is in fact in that program, however, it is nowhere to be found in Marketing Activities. I can access it via "My Marketo", but I want to make sure that it is in fact under the correct program. 

Also, I deleted a smart campaign (it never ran-I deactivated it, removed the flow step and the smart list criteria) and it is still visible under the program. When I click the icon, I get an error message saying it doesn't exist. Is this happening to anyone else? Does my instance just have a lag?
