Smart list excluding who already received that e-mail

I sent an e-mail to a list of people, and now I would like to sent an second e-mail to anyone who didn´t opened the first e-mail.

Which filter or combination of filters can I use?

I use the filter - "Member of List" than "Name of the list" to sent

Someone could help me?

And you need to filter by the people who received the email, too!

So the full filter set is

Was Delivered Email AND Not Opened Email AND Not Clicked Email

You can use the 'Not Opened Email' filter as seen in the screenshot below.

Would suggest add filters to exclude clicks as well. Opens may not be tracked in some cases.
