Hi All,

I have created a smart list that initially qualified over 10,000 leads based on the criteria. However, after one day, the number of qualifying leads has dropped to 45, even though no actions were performed on those leads. Additionally, the smart list now shows only the count and not the actual leads. Please see the screenshot below:

Any idea on this?

Can you show the Smart List tab, please? Wouldn’t be possible to hazard a guess without such info.

And also show screenshots of a lead you believe should qualify and why.

I think we need more information still? Is this a sList for a selected campaign?
