Smart List Refresh

Hi everyone,

I'm pretty new to Marketo, so I'm sorry if this information is available somewhere else.

If I don't press the refresh button to update the count of leads on a program, is the list still updated when I send the email?

Basically I need to know if the count is just for information or if it shows indeed the people who will get the comm?

Hi Aline,

Yes, the smart list evaluated automatically by Marketo at the moment the smart campaign or the email program is executed and the count you get is FYI, and the resulting number is only true at the moment you look at it.
