SMS Integration

Hello, I am going to work on enabling 2 Way SMS with integration back into Marketo. I have enabled with Twilio a few years back at another organization but before starting this again I was curious if anyone in the community has any recommended solutions or approaches they have taken. 

In addition to Marketo we are going to enable SMS with Chili Piper.
