Social Posting for multiple accounts
Pardot has a feature where you can post something to linkedin and it will post to multiple users' feed (from your company) if they have opted in. Is there anything like this available with Marketo?

No, there is not.
For these things, it's best to use HootSuite or other tools, which do integrate with Marketo. See launchpoint.marketo.com.
