Static List syncing to SFDC
If I push an email out to a static list, will the names sync into SFDC? OR, will they only sync if I include the "sync lead to sfdc" flow step?

The leads within the list will sync to SFDC if they are members of a program that has a Marketo-SFDC sync set, or if there is any Smart Campaign within the program that has a flow step syncing the leads to SFDC after the email is sent.
Adding the "Sync Lead to SFDC" flow step will also ensure that the leads sync to SFDC.
