Stop large email sends from a trigger campaign

Hi, 

Just wondered if anyone has any suggestions for a traffic cop that goes beyond setting individual limits (ie Admin > Communications Limit). Where I have multiple nurtures running via triggers (based on fields in SF)  I want to have a safety net that would pause and alert me if a campaign was about to send say 2000 emails in one day.  Any suggestions? Can this be done on a system level in the same way you would set communication limits in Admin, or on an individual campaign level.

There's no built-in way to cap the number of times a trigger fires across all leads, but you can use a webhook-compatible service for this kind of throttling.
