The engagement program module doesn't provide a straightforward means to test who will receive what email.  There should be an option for testing that will accelerate the cadence to once every ten minutes.  As streams get longer, even testing once per day can take a few weeks.

    A testing feature is coming out in the August release.  In the meantime, you can manually change the cadence to push the emails through.  Just be sure you give yourself 15 minutes before the set cadence. For example.  If it is 8:15 AM, I would set the cadence to be 8:30AM. After the cast runs, then set it again 15 minutes in the future.
