We have hundreds of sales reps in my organization and this functionality is something that is completely necessary for their insights as well as our own on the Marketing side.

Yes, this would be really helpful.
Thx

This is something we're looking for too. Would love to know when it will be available. I'm happy to help talk about our scenario as well with a product manager. Until then it looks like the only workaround is manually export/ email to a group.

I was told by the support team that this wasn't a capability required by marketing professionals??? .. was basically dismissed that I should just go download the report and send it?  Obviously, no clue about reality or actual business process.

Funny as this person is talking to a mktg professional for 15+ yrs that can clearly define a business need for it long ago.  One great example is that we support program teams globally and our sales teams also likes to get real time visibility into who has registered for an executive event, for example.  And we're also on different time zones so I can't answer their questions in real time either.

Short of giving them access to Marketo and then training the entire company to use it,  I need an easy way to send them a list of all registrants daily or weekly so they have real time visibility in a "consolidated" way.  Yes, we can send them an alert that someone has registered but it's not consolidated and you get it piece meal.

This functionality is a no brainer for a best in class tool.  I don't feel Marketo is but there's oppty.

Thx

We definitely need this capability

To answer Cheryl's earlier question, I would need about 300-500 leads in an automated Smart List export per day.  This is a list I would then send out to stakeholders -- basically a report of incoming leads from the previous day.  I would need to have a few of these types of Smart List subscriptions running parallel, since some reports require different flitered groups (lists) of leads.

Thanks!

RE: Neal A

We do not use SalesForce - we have a different CRM. One of the processes that we use for putting smart list information into CRM is via Smart List exports. This would be an enormous help.

Huge need. A couple of scenarios not mentioned above.

1) Share lead lists with users who don't have or use SFDC. We need to share registration lists with people who don't all have SFDC access. So a campaign report sent from SDFC won't work.

2) Inactivity reports. Marketo's inactivity filters are very powerful - and I can use them to build smart lists that include records that I cannot find in any way in SFDC (e.g., leads from campaign X that have not been called in last Y days). I need to share those lists of names with others -- e.g., the reps who need to be making the followup calls and the managers who supervise them.

In short - we need to be able to report names out of Marketo, not just numbers - and do it with subscription capability.

We need this too.  Please!

We would set up a subscription for each of our internal sales force members. Depending on the area of our business, leads currently range from 500 - 8,000. Subscriptions would be monthly. Right now we have 50 internal sales force members that this would apply to; we may have more in the future. Right now we're doing this manually so that sales knows who in their territory is registered on our website.
