Subscribe without posting

It would be nice if we could subscribe to community posts without having to make a comment.

Occassionally there is a topic of interest and we'd like to see how the thread matures or resolves but don't always have value added content to add to the discussion.

I don't think it serves the community well for us to add a junk post just to get the subscription.

It would also be nice to see current subscriptions at a glance and mass unsub or reset.
