As per the Canadian Anti Spam Law (CASL) we need to add a disclaimer to capture expressed consent on our forms. Can anyone tell me how I can add a disclaimer to a subscription check box? Tim Horton is a great example of what this should look like:

This should be do-able through Marketo Forms. When you're editing the form, click the '+' button as if you're adding a new field, then click the 'Rich Text' button. You can then apply as much HTML formatting to that as you like to have it match your forms formatting.
