System error marketo Sfdc Initial Sync

Hello Everyone,

I am getting this error during the initial sync

Im following this steps but during the 7th steps after i clicked confirm credential. I am having an system error. An error has occurred.

Can you attach the screenshot of the error?

Also can you confirm the credentials for the Marketo sync user is what is being used to log into Marketo during step 6?
