Template changes - give check boxes next to "used by" landing pages

Hi!

I'd like for the "Used by" tab in the Template view to have check boxes or something allowing for the ability to approve all in one spot after a template edit.

Example: I just edited our footer in the template to 2014. Now I have to go through and find all of those landing pages (I know you can view this in the "used by" tab) and one-by-one approve the draft. I'd love if I could do all of this in fewer steps.

Hi,

I'm working on a new feature to address the use case. It would allow you to make minor changes to a LP/email template (such as updating the footer) and push the changes to all asset using it w/out creating new drafts. Already approved assets would get the updates and stay approved.

Apart from minor changes such as updating a footer, are you making bigger template (structural) changes?

Out of curiosity, are you using tokens in your template - such as for the footer? Or are you directly typing the footer text into the template. If you use tokens, it should bypass the drafts each time you update the token.

Hey Kim. Have I got good news for you. Once you edit & approve your template changes. Then click on Landing Pages. Which will bring up a list of all landing pages. Then sort by the column Approved, to bring up all the unapproved. Or you can sort by template. Much easier than hunt & peck.
