Toggling a New MPI Model and its Affects on Historical Data

Hi everyone, I am not sure if anyone has recently toggled their MPI from an Explicit to a Hybrid model, but my organization is in the process of doing so. We have yet to make the flip on the Admin page because we were wondering about its potential affects with historical data. If we were to toggle from our current Explicit model to a Hybrid model, how does this change affect the dashboard with historical months? Will this readjust the previous data to fit the new model, or will it maintain the results from previous months and begin to record future data with the hybrid model after the switch is made? I would love any feedback from previous experience. Thank you.
