Token Key not Found

Hi all,

I've created a new form and the field sused are also new.

I'm trying to create an email alert however the email cannot be approved because of the below error:

Error approving EIRE - Customer Survey April 2016.EIRE - Customer Survey April 2016 - Alert Email — {{lead.Eire - • Were you impressed with their knowledge of our software?:default=edit me}}: Token key not found

Any ideas what this means or where I might have gone wrong? Even if I remove that token I get the same error for all of the new fields I have created.

Hello Laura,

I believe the token cannot use the bullet-point dot you have incorporated into this field name.  Try removing the dot from the field name and see if that allows you to use the token.

Usually this means that the token has a syntax error
