Track Anchor Link Clicks in Email

We have anchor links for some of our newsletter emails so that people can jump to different sections of the email. Is there a way to track anchor link clicks in an email? We've enabled these links for tracking but the standard email link performance report doesn't track the clicks since it's not an external URL.

Thanks!

Sarah

You can generate the click link activities by calling the munchkinFunction() with clickLink when a user clicks the internal link on the webpage. More info here.

Mmm not for email links, though. Anchor links within an email never go anywhere so they can’t be tracked, and emails can’t run JS.

Ahh - yes! Apologies, I mistaken this as if OP wanted to track the anchor links on the web page that a person would land after clicking the CTA in the email, but I realise that the OP rather wants to track the user activity as they jump within the email itself which isn’t possible.
