Tradeshow > Influenced at Show Program Status not updating

Hi all

I've tried it a few different ways at this point (Smart List in Smart Campaign, Static List and full-list person update, etc) and I cannot seem to get a set of about 130ish leads to have their program status switched from either Tradeshow > Not in Program or Tradeshow > Invited, to Influenced by Show.

In every lead's activity log it just says Activity Type: Change Program Status, Detail: Failed: No More Information.

This isn't a crm syncing issue because the leads and their current statuses are all pushing through to the crm Campaign.
