Trigger campaign to find New Leads created from facebook and linked form

We are trying to set up trigger Campaign to send alert when lead is created from facebook or linked in lead gen form. Unable to find the right trigger and filter combination to achieve the goal. Any suggestions would be helpful.

  • Doubt: IF We use trigger"Filled out FB lead gen form" is "Any" and filter as "Not person was created" does this combination works as if lead which is not in database and fills out form would go to the flow?

Both the integrations OOTB populate the Person Source field when a person interacts (aka fills out the Facebook ads/LinkedIn lead gen forms)! You can block the field updates on the standard Person Source fields (which is what is suitable and recommended for most users) and use that as a constraint in the "Person is Created" trigger in your campaigns to trigger off the flow when a person gets created with Fb/LI Person Source values.


FYR, below are the values that each of the integration set in the Person Source field when a person interacts -

LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms - "LinkedIn Lead Gen", and

Facebook Ads - "Facebook Lead Ads"
