Will this logic pause all contacts from the trigger AND the filters, or the trigger OR the filters?

At least one Trigger must qualify a person for this campaign. Since there’s only one Trigger, that means they must qualify for that one.

And they also need to qualify for all 3 filters, since you’ve set ALL mode.

@sanfordwhiteman  So if someone unsubscribes they have to qualify for the rest of the criteria to be entered into the flow? The flow is to pause the program.
