Triggered email send campaign

Hello,

We have to updates clients in states that have regulation changes. The issue is these changes can come at anytime and affect any state. I am looking to automate this by having the product manger fill out a form and select the states that are affected and having that trigger off an email to the selected clients in those states.

Is this possible? If not, any suggestions on how to set something up for this situation?

It is possible using an API integration. It is custom work.

I would be very careful that there is a process to approve the copy and smart lists because you could open yourself to a big disaster with this type of regulation and automation.
