Triggers in Engagement Engine

Hi all, just in the process of setting up our first stab at an engagement program. What we want to do is send the first email, then if a lead clicks that email, wait 2 days, and send a second email, if the lead clicks the second email, wait 2 days and send a 3rd email. From all I can tell, the engagement engine is just set to send recurring emails to everyone in your smart list, has anyone done a campaign like this before and how did you accomplish it?

To do this with the engagement program, you would place each email in a separate stream and move a lead to the next stream when they click on an email.

What your trying to accomplish can be done without the Engagement Program. I have done this through a Smart Campaign, and specified each action through the flow process.

If you take a look at the image below, this should help what your trying to accomplish.
