Truncating Marketo CO table

Hello,

I have a need to truncate the Marketo CO table data before loading fresh data into our QA sandbox. I am using custom CO API's (Web Service) not REST to load data or delete data of a CO. 

Is there an option to truncate the CO table data using either a Web service / REST API ?
