Twitter Demand Gen Card Submit URL

Im trying to set up the demand gen cards in Twitter and it is asking for a Marketo Submit URL.  Can anyone point me in the right direction on where to find that or how to set one up? Thanks!

Thank you for posting the solution Andrew, I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure out what a submit URL is.
