Unable to leverage bulk actions Sales Insight for SFDC Lightning

Hello there, 

 

I am trying to enable functionality in Sales Insight in SFDC that allows our sales team to send emails to multiple contacts at once (please see product doc here: https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Send+an+Email+to+Multiple+Records+in+Marketo+Sales+Insight)

 

I followed instructions to enable bulk actions on both the Contact and Lead object in SFDC using these instructions (https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Bulk+Actions+in+Salesforce+Lightning) but I still do not see the option to send emails out to multiple contacts at one time using Sales Insight in SFDC. 

 

Has anyone experienced this issue and/or know of a solution? Seems like I can't get either Marketo support or SFDC support to help me figure out what is wrong.

Hi Jean, MSI has 4 buttons for bulk actions in each list layout - contact & list. I just wanted to confirm that you're using the buttons that say "lightning" within parenthesis.

Also, Salesforce has a limitation on all custom buttons that users need to "execute a list" in order to see the buttons i.e when you go to the lead/contact list view you will have to choose the list from the drop down where you have various lists in order to see the buttons. Please let me know if this works for you!
