Unable to see data in Model Performance Analysis (Leads) RE Report

Hi All,

I am trying to pull a report in RE for lead Inflow and Outflow using the Model Performance Analysis (Leads) report, surprisingly I don't see any data for the previous months (I.e. Jan, Feb and March 2021) count is showing as 0.  However, I am able to see the data for April 2021.

We have setup our RCM model in Dec 2020, since then the records are flowing through the RCM model I cross checked the same using smart list as well (able to see the counts in smart list) . 

Can anyone help me what could be the issue or am I missing any thing here.  Thanks in advance for the help.
