Uneditable Form Type

One of our clients has a form type in their instance that I've never seen before since I've been using Marketo.

It is under the design studio, but it does not allow me to edit any of the fields or edit the form itself. Does anyone know what type of form this is and why it might have been built this way? Does anyone also know how I might be able to edit a field in this type of form if I needed to? Thanks!

That's a Forms 1.0 ("Original") form, as opposed to a modern Forms 2.0 form.

Did you click on "Template Form Fields"? It should still be editable.

Gotcha, that makes a lot of sense as to why I've never seen it before. Is there a way to update this form to Forms 2.0 besides just recreating it?

You have to recreate it.
