Is there a way to pull a list of all the unsubscribers from Marketo instance?

Yes! You can check all the Unsubscribed people by going to Marketo > Database > Select the apt. workspace if you have multiple from the tree in the right > Open "System Smart Lists" folder > Unsubscribed People smart list.
If you wish, you can export people to a CSV file from this smart list (Go to People tab and click on the export button in the bottom)
