Update Email Template - Pending

We're trying to update our email template to reflect our new brand but are receiving this error:

Email Template with Id 1630 is currently pending approval. Please wait to approve it again.

Has anyone seen this or know what it means?

We never encountered this issue, seems like a technical issue.

It would be better to address Marketo Support in this case.
