Update File Content API

For one of our project, 2-3 months back we worked on Marketo API's (Getting Started » Marketo Developers ) but today while exploring the API list we observe one more additional API i.e "Update File Content' (Update File Content » Marketo Developers ). So just want to know when this API is introduced?. or API is available but not documented?.

Any pointers will be helpful

The last release was February fifth and we release quarterly.  The next release will be in Q2, likely April or May.

We are updating our API's all the time.  This one was introduced in the latest release I believe
