Then look at this web form program to see whether a change owner or a Sync lead to SFDC flow step
There is no out-of-the-box answer to this question. It will take some deep dive into the lead history on SFDC side or the activity log on the Marketo side.
On SFDC, it can also be the assignment rules that are ill-configured or a workflow that fires and changes the assignment.
