URL tokens for event templates

Hey all,

Marketo noob here.

I'm setting up an event campaign template that I am going to replicate periodically. I'm wondering if it's possible tokenize the URLs of my landing pages so that I can point links from emails to their respective landing pages - without having to update these in the emails every time I clone the event?

eg. I have an invitation email with a link to a landing page to register for a workshop.

Is there a way to always have this link point to the respective landing page without me having to change anything in the email after I clone the campaign?

Can this be done by tokens?

Hi Henry,

Yes, of course, and this is a very common practice. Just pay attention:

In the token values, remove the or the (so the values will look like info.mydomain.com/mylandingpage.html)

In the email CTA, add the URL with the format {{my.LPURL}} token.

This will ensure that Marketo can track the clicks.

Hi Henry,

Your are welcome.

When you are done, just mark the question as answered, so that it gets out of the radar.
