Using a field in Field Management as a token

Hi there,

I am creating an email and for some reason my lead company name field (appears in field management in Marketo), is not appearing as an option for a token in my email. Any ideas why this is happening and a fix?

Hey Tanya, it should be available as long as you have company name information in your database. You can try copy/pasting {{company.Company Name:default=edit me}} and send a sample to see that the information is populating properly. If that information isn't present for the record, then you will see "edit me" in the sample send.
