Using Both Person was Created AND Not Person was Created Filters

I want to pull leads based on the following main criteria: 

- Created in the last 90 days

- BUT Not in the last 30 days

- Not sent OR Delivered OR Opened

I set it up in image below but I keep seeing leads who were created before 90 days. Could this be because the lead record could have been updated or am I completely off with my logic?

A person can be created (i.e. the literal New Person activity) more than once. This happens when existing records are merged.

 

So you’re seeing people who had such an activity during your period but also had an activity before 90 days.

 

In spot-checking one of my instances, about 1% of records have at least 2 New Person activities.

Any ideas @sanfordwhiteman on how to exclude leads who fit the scenario you mentioned?

I think your logic and understanding is correct!

 

Ideally, the below filter config should only return people who were created in the 60 days period (b/w the past 90 days and the past 30 days). 

 

Can you please double check by pulling in the "Created" field in the SL view?

Hi @darshil_shah1, are you asking that I add in a separate "Created" field? If so, which one?

Nope, I was talking about adding in the "Created" field in the SL view.
