Version of Munchkin that isn't dependent on jQuery

As a third party service Munchkin shouldn't be dependent on another 3rd party library.

We already load jQuery on the page then Munchkin does another http request for an older version of jQuery.

We want to elimate this extra http request.

    The beta version is now live, so this is automatic moving forward.

    In the admin section, you should have the ability to enable Munchkin Beta, which doesn't have a dependency on jQuery at all.
