Hi,

 

Does marketo email allow video to auto play  even though someone DOES NOT have images turned on?

To the degree that video works at all in email (which is limited), no, because the video asset is a remote asset that will be limited in the same way that images are.

Further information on video in email here: https://www.campaignmonitor.com/resources/guides/video-in-email/ As Sanford mentioned, it's nothing to do with Marketo. It's the functionality of individual emails clients that are used to read the email.
