View SFDC Mapping

Question

Hello, is there a specific way to view all data that's coming through the SFDC sync?
 
We would like to have a better line of sight into the following so we have a better understanding of what information we have in Marketo, what information we don't need and how we can better use this information to support marketing to install base, target accounts as well as leads. 
 
What fields are being updated in SFDC and how can we see what is being sent over from Marketo? 
What is the frequency of those updates between SF and Marketo?

You can see the SF and Marketo field mapping in Admin->Field Management->Field Mapping.

You could also request your SF admin to send you over what fields are being shared to the Marketo Sync User profile. Any field that SF provides visibility to Marketo can be seen in Marketo and depending on the read/write permissions set against each field, you should be able to identify what Marketo and SF can update.

You should be able to view the last synced under Admin-> Salesforce -> Last Synced (seen on top right)
