Viewing Marketo Emails in Sugar CRM

Hi Everyone,

 

We are looking to have lead records show the full emails they receive from Marketo on their SurgarCRM record. Does anyone know of a good way to accomplish this? 

 

Preferably, we'd like to have the ability to view the email through a hyperlink. We also are looking to be able view the opens and clicks connected to each email (all in one place/module in SugarCRM).

Well, you can either build out a custom setup to transfer the email and other required activities data using  APIs from Marketo to SugarCRM or you can explore third party solutions  such as OneInsight that can allow you to view the sales insights data  in CRM.

Evidently, going with the first option you'll need technical expertise to build, deploy, and manage the custom application whereas the latter doesn't need you to build/manage the custom application.
