The Engagement Canvas is a very exciting feature, and having all the elements on the same page makes the campaign easy to review. It would be the cherry on the cake if we could have a clear view of each filter separately, instead of showing only the count [e.g., Filter(4)], as it does for triggers.

The India VMUG did a webinar and demo of this yesterday, that have been BETA testing.

Looking forward to get my hands on this and with two new users starting in September this will be a great chance to test this out in real life.

Standard Release Cycle Features

The following features fall under the standard release cycle and will start to be released on July 21, 2023, with a phased rollout of remaining features over the subsequent weeks. Release features and dates are subject to change. Please check below each feature for its status.

Engagement Map: The Engagement Map is a visual tool that allows you to build and organize reusable campaigns. It’s completely backwards compatible, so all existing campaigns can be viewed in this new structure with the click of a button. Canvases can be downloaded and shared.
