Was Sent Email report/list empty

Hi,

 

I am trying to export our Sent List/Sent Email Report, but no data is being picked up. My smart list includes the name of the email, but nothing is turning up. Even in the campaign results, no one is tagged "Sent".

 

What could be the cause?

@cjmendoza1894 , There could be many reasons. Could you please share more information on the issue (screenshot of smart list logic and the action items in the flow)?

I am trying to export our Sent List/Sent Email Report, but no data is being picked up. My smart list includes the name of the email, but nothing is turning up.

We’ll need more info.

 

Please show screenshots of the Smart Campaign: its Smart List, Flow, and Setup tabs and its run history.

 

Then show the Activity Log of someone with the Sent Email activity.

 

Even in the campaign results, no one is tagged "Sent".

Don’t know if I’d use the expression ‘no one is tagged’ as that‘s not the term in Marketo, but if you mean ‘the Results tab doesn’t include any proof the email went out to anyone‘ sounds like you don’t have a reporting problem, you have a sending problem.
