"Was Sent Email" SmartList filter not showing contacts

I am using a "Was Sent Email" filter to show contacts sent a specific email "between" two dates. This is my only filter

 

 

I can see a record that was sent the email in question between the dates specific, however my SmartList is empty.

 

 

 

What gives?

Send Email is only retained for 90 days. You may still see it in the Activity Log because it hasn't yet been purged (the purging doesn't run constantly).
