Ways to avoid duplicate Marketo Form issue

Hi,

I am trying to swap Marketo forms using Adobe Target to run an A/B test. One form has email address only and the other form has email address AND company name fields (two different IDs). Basically, I grabbed the form container on the existing page and swapped it with the "B" form ID.  

However, it is causing the form to load it's rows twice creating the visual effect of two forms loading. It doesn't appear the form id or loadform function is happening more than once anywhere on the page.

I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this problem particularly using an Adobe Target to swap form code. And if so, the solution??
